The Torah is, first and foremost, a Book that directs our lives. The Torah contains a total of 613 commandments. One of the commands in this week’s parsha is particularly relevant as we approach the final days of Galus: “Make for Me a Sanctuary and I will dwell in them.
Over the course of time, the Rebbe reconnects “the rope of his soul,” rejoining even the individual strands that had been severed. How much more so does the Rebbe have an impact on those who reflect the positive aspect of “amo” (as above Section 5), helping them attain a state whereby the ruach shtus is unable to cover over the truth, etc.
As we prepare our souls for the coming of Moshiach at which time we will see G-d’s glory without any screen or filter, it is our task to come before Him with a pure soul. By taking our “olive oil” and bringing it to Moshiach, the Moses of our generation, by following in his pure and holy ways that are untainted by the exile mindset, we are guaranteed that our souls will indeed be purified. And when we will stand before G-d in the third Temple we will not be embarrassed because at that time our souls will radiate the purest of light.
