In advance of the Kinus HaShluchim, we spoke to Rabbi Zalman Abelsky, a Chassid who went on a dangerous shlichus during the days of the Rebbe Rayatz. His shlichus today is as chief rabbi of Moldavia. We asked him questions about the avodas ha’shlichus at this time, in light of the Rebbe’s sicha to the shluchim in 5752: What did the Rebbe innovate in that address?
